More than 100 jobs are set to be created at iGO4 over the next 12 months as the digital insurance business announces a new recruitment drive, following record sales achieved so far this financial year.
Applications are already open for a number of roles based at the company’s Peterborough headquarters, which include options for hybrid working and a newly-introduced 4-day working week. iGO4 is looking to recruit the best talent to be part of rapid-growing insurance brands iGO4, Darwin and WiseDriving, with opportunities for contact centre agents, pricing analysts, test engineers and training roles.
Additional roles will also become available throughout the year.
iGO4 CEO and founder, Matt Munro, said:
“We’ve had record months for January and February this year, with more customers than ever taking out policies with us, we are launching new brands and propositions into the market and as a result, we’re looking for new talent to join our team and we’re keen to meet people who share our values and have a passion for helping customers – experience in insurance isn’t essential as we offer extensive training and support to enable our colleagues to flourish.”
News of the recruitment drive follows iGO4’s introduction of a 4-day working week back in February which was driven by changes to working during the pandemic. iGO4 colleagues now benefit from having the option to work the equivalent of one day fewer each week. As an example, full-time colleagues can choose to work 34 hours, with no change to their salary.
Munro continues, “The 4-day week and hybrid working is working really well; we have a 100% sign-up rate and our colleagues are reporting they feel more refreshed thanks to a better, more flexible work-life balance. We also know it’s created a buzz in insurance, as we’re one of the first businesses in the UK to adopt it and we’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues over the coming year.” For more details and to apply, visit the iGO4 Careers website: https://www.igo4careers.co.uk/
