The latest from the insurance giant, as they reflect upon the completion of a huge digital transformation;
Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) completes its largest digital transformation project ever, eGEB, and confirms its bent to
innovation and data-centric position. eGEB is an ecosystem of applications fully integrated that can answer new market needs in terms of compliance on data privacy, business continuity and cybersecurity and is also a paramount step to comply with IFRS17 requirements.
The eGEB program will provide to GEB a state-of-art and integrated applications ecosystem. End-to-end processes automation is assured from
the ingestion of information flows – provided by Network Partners – to the reporting production for the client results, assuring an improved data
granularity and a 20 times more computing power than the previous system.
Ludovic Bayard, Generali Employee Benefits Network CEO, stated:
“eGEB represents a key step to secure our leading position in the employee benefits market over the long term and will be truly beneficial to our clients and our business. I believe one of our greatest assets can be seen in the way we innovate for our clients and in the way we work every day to speak their language, understand their most troubling concerns and protect their interests. Our sector is on the verge of becoming even more data and technology based. With eGEB we further digitalize our processes and workflows, to become more and more integrated with our global partners platform to allow us being always at the forefront for our customers”.
