It’s becoming increasingly important to make sure your supplier partners are meeting Net Zero and ESG regs, so this news is good to know for brokers, insurers and claims specialists involved in repairs and rebuilding;
Gateley Smithers Purslow (GSP), a leading multi-disciplinary chartered surveying, engineering and architectural practice, has achieved Certified Carbon Neutral Status. Over the last 18 months, GSP has worked to reduce its carbon footprint, and implement a carbon reduction plan, to demonstrate that the business can operate in a sustainable manner to be carbon neutral.
This process included the collation of data for emissions generated by business operations, the formulation of a carbon footprint, the registration to a carbon offsetting project and independent verification by external consultancy, Positive Planet.
Stephen Fraser, managing director at Gateley Smithers Purslow, comments: “We are delighted to now be servicing our clients as a certified sustainable company. Achieving Certified Carbon Neutral Status demonstrates our commitment to being an industry leader without compromising on our environmental impact.”
