Oxbow Partners Becomes a B Corp

We are proud to announce that Oxbow Partners has been certified as a B Corp – an accreditation for companies that balance purpose and profit. We are only the second leading UK management consultancy (according to the Financial Times list of leading UK management consultancies) to be certified as a B Corp.

As a certified B Corp, we meet rigorous social and environmental standards, representing our commitment to people before profit. We are especially proud that we secured accreditation on our first attempt, and it did not require major changes to our business model, governance or employee offering.
