Root Platform (Root), the low-code, API-first, end-to-end insurance technology platform provider, is proud to announce it has launched a new certified developer community programme. The programme is designed to support in-house developers at insurance businesses, directly addressing the pressing need to upskill coders, giving them the opportunity to become Root Certified Engineers and be part of a community of developers sharing best practice.
The programme aims to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while strengthening Root’s brand promise of delivering projects faster and more efficiently.
Developers will undergo an efficient onboarding and certification process to become Solutions Engineer freelancers. The programme is managed internally by Root’s Solutions Engineering team, providing freelance opportunities for external Engineers. Projects will be allocated to the Engineers, while performance will be monitored with training and mentoring on offer throughout. A feedback loop will ensure Developers are constantly learning and developing their skills.
