NFU Mutual has been named Which? Insurance Brand of the Year for a record fourth year in a row by the Consumer Champion.
The Insurance Brand of the Year Award recognises insurers which consistently demonstrate that customers can rely on them for excellent service and efficient claims handling.
The Which? judging panel commended NFU Mutual, saying the insurer “stands out among other providers as it has comparatively high customer and claims scores, it scores well for good value for money and it offers high-performing products.”

Commenting on the win, Rachel Kelsall, Customer Services Director at NFU Mutual, said:
“At NFU Mutual, we take pride in providing an excellent service to our customers in all our interactions, with each and every person in the business doing all they can to do the best for our members. It’s what makes us different and what our customers have come to expect from NFU Mutual.
“Last year, we won the Insurance Brand of the Year Award for a record third consecutive year, and I’m delighted we have extended that to four years in a row. This achievement is testament to our unwavering commitment to our members and to the hard work put in by all our employees and Agents to go beyond simply paying claims to support customers when they need us most.

NFU Mutual was also shortlisted for the Which? Customer Service Brand of the Year award, which recognises firms’ commitment to putting customers first time and time again.
