The Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) is delighted to announce the shortlist for the highly anticipated MGAA Awards 2025.
This year’s awards continue the tradition of recognising the excellence, innovation, and impact of our members across all areas of the insurance market and offer a platform for recognising forward-thinking initiatives. With a record number of entries and outstanding submissions from across the market, the 2025 shortlist reflects the depth of talent and achievement within the MGAA community.
The awards feature six categories, each shining a spotlight on different facets of MGA excellence. The categories include: MGA Initiative of the Year; Rising Star of the Year, Champions of Change, Excellence in Learning and Development, MGA Insurer of the Year and Service Provider of the Year.

Winners will be revealed at the MGAA Awards ceremony later this year – which is part of the 2025 MGAA Annual Conference in London – where members and industry partners will come together to celebrate success, share stories, and applaud the achievements of peers.
