Millennials4Boards has announced a partnership with Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) to unite two influential communities dedicated to accelerating the careers of high-potential young professionals. Through this collaboration, they aim to safeguard, nurture, and advance the next generation of global leadership talent.
As part of the new partnership, every graduate of WBN’s flagship leadership and mentorship program, Catalyst Academy, will receive a complimentary one-year membership to Millennials4Boards. This exclusive access connects graduates to a global network of senior board members, governance expertise, and a peer community of ambitious emerging leaders.
Catalyst is designed to fast-track the careers of emerging talent and empower the next generation of insurance leaders. Combining expert coaching, technical training, and global networking, the program offers participants year-round access to a digital learning hub and board-level mentorship. After a landmark year, Catalyst has evolved into a truly global initiative – now engaging more than 250 participants across six continents – and continues to deliver measurable impact in leadership development and industry perception.
