The new partnership will offer more support and care for those struggling with menopause issues;
Health Check customers at Health Shield Wellbeing can now benefit from enhanced menopause support after the launch of a partnership with My Menopause Centre.
Health Shield Wellbeing, a leading provider of workplace health and wellbeing solutions, is offering optional additional menopause support as part of its Health Check proposition, ensuring employees have access to holistic, evidence-based menopause care.
This enhancement is designed to help employers proactively prepare for upcoming legislation and action plan requirements, while also supporting workforce wellbeing, retention, and productivity.
The menopause support offering includes access to My Menopause Centre’s online menopause clinic, providing personalised care through a 45-minute fast-track consultation with a specialist nurse or doctor.
Each consultation is tailored to the individual, with symptoms, goals and needs carefully assessed.
Treatment plans are then created based on this personalised review, with ongoing support available for as long as required. Where appropriate, prescriptions may also be provided.
My Menopause Centre is the only menopause clinic in the UK to receive an overall rating of ‘Outstanding’ from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and works with some of the UK’s leading companies.
The partnership forms part of Health Shield Wellbeing’s commitment to evolving its Health Check proposition and supporting clients in a proactive and future-focused way.
By integrating optional menopause support into the Health Check, Health Shield Wellbeing is ensuring employers can meet the needs of their workforce while preparing for the Employment Rights Act 2025 requirements.
Eve Comiskey, business manager at Health Shield Wellbeing, said: “We know employers want to be proactive when it comes to menopause support and workplace wellbeing. This partnership with My Menopause Centre allows us to strengthen our Health Check proposition and provide meaningful support that is embedded into an existing wellbeing framework, rather than a standalone add-on. It’s an exciting enhancement to our offering and helps clients prepare for legislation and action plan requirements.”
Emma Lambourne, corporate partnerships manager at My Menopause Centre, added: “We’re delighted to partner with Health Shield Wellbeing to help organisations get ahead of the curve. Menopause support works best when it’s integrated into existing workplace health programmes, and this partnership ensures employers can proactively prepare for new legislation while offering real, personalised support to employees. We’re proud to work with a forward-thinking provider that shares our commitment to improving women’s health in the workplace.”
