The latest training news from the Wiser Academy;
Wiser Academy, the award-winning provider of insurance training and development, announces the launch of Everwise, a free digital platform built to help insurance professionals build skills, confidence and career momentum through bite-sized professional development.
Everwise provides short-form learning modules intended to fit into the working day, with content designed to support regular, consistent development rather than infrequent, end-of-year completion.
Learning is broken down into “minis”, covering topics in under five minutes. Everwise will feature close to 1,000 minis added over the next 12 months, covering both essential knowledge and emerging issues that don’t always make it into standard training libraries, from greenwashing and silent risk to parametric insurance. Each mini finishes with a three-question check to reinforce understanding and support evidence of learning.
Crescens George, Chief Executive Officer of Wiser Academy, said: “Development needs to keep pace with real work, and for too long CPD has been seen as a ‘tick box’ exercise, with repetitive topics and content that’s hard to fit around busy days. Everwise supports more consistent learning by making content easier to access and complete, and gives employers better visibility of skills development and progression.
“The way we consume media has changed, with people now much more comfortable with short-form, bite sized information. To get the best out of our people, the industry needs to adapt its approach to development to reflect these changes, and that’s exactly how we’ve designed Everwise to work.”
Everwise also includes an in-built AI learning support tool (“Wiser AI”), designed to provide on-demand explanations and guidance to learners. Wiser Academy plans additional platform features over the next 12 months, with the aim of building a broader learning and talent ecosystem, including community functionality and further development tools.
Everwise is available now, with early access options for employers who wish to provide feedback and help shape upcoming features.
