The word from BELFOR on a new partnership;
Leading disaster recovery and restoration firm, BELFOR UK has appointed Novuna Vehicle Solutions as its fleet management partner. Novuna will facilitate a modernised, fully maintained fleet that enhances response times, strengthens continuity, and supports faster claims progression for insurers, FM partners, and end-customers.
Novuna will take responsibility for 254 existing fleet assets, including company cars and light commercial vehicles used in BELFOR UK’s restoration and reinstatement operations nationwide. As part of the agreement, 84 vehicles will be refreshed across 2026, introducing a new generation of mobile response units converted specifically for BELFOR UK’s restoration and recovery operations. These vehicles are equipped with specialist drying, water extraction, air filtration, cleaning, and contamination‑removal tools and equipment, so technicians can begin mitigation and restoration work as soon as they arrive at fire, flood, storm, and major loss sites.
This investment strengthens BELFOR UK’s operational resilience and supports its strategy to enhance efficiency and maintain consistent nationwide coverage during both ‘business as usual’ and surge periods. Through full fleet management, maintenance, compliance support and access to daily rental solutions, Novuna will support BELFOR UK’s ability to stay mobile and have available vehicles when demand peaks.
