Some news from the US market for you;
Flarre.AI has announced the general availability of its agentic AI platform purpose-built for insurance. The future insurance enterprise will operate with specialized AI agents working alongside Business, Technology and Operations teams, accelerating underwriting, claims, and billing as well as new implementations, migrations and enhancements. The platform combines a proprietary Insurance Knowledge Graph, configurable Agent Studio, orchestration layer, and pre-built point solutions.
It is built in three layers. The first, the foundation, is an AI platform layer that orchestrates multiple models and multi-agent systems to run high-volume, logic-heavy insurance workflows with visibility into model behavior, cost, and execution. The second, the intelligence, is the Insurance Knowledge Graph, which can be augmented with carrier specific knowledge and embeds product structures, rating logic, eligibility rules, and state and country-specific regulations into every agent so decisions carry real insurance context. Third, the execution layer, ready-to-use AI agents and point solutions across the insurance value-chain accelerating software delivery across multiple core platforms.
Together, these three layers deliver AI agents that understand core insurance platforms for accelerated new implementations and migrations, as well as for modernizing the insurance stack with AI native products for business analysis, rating, underwriting, and claims, without compromising data security. Insurers can build and deploy purpose-built products unique to their organization’s needs; delivered in weeks, leveraging an open and extensible AI platform. Insurers can bring their own LLMs and hyperscalers with Flarre.AI able to integrate into existing ecosystems, building on the AI and technology investments already made.
Flarre.AI is grounded in deep insurance domain knowledge to support 25+ lines of business across property and casualty (P&C), and life and annuity (L&A), from Auto, Property, and Specialty lines such as D&O and Cyber to Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Disability, and Retirement products. Every agent operates within the knowledge graph, giving carriers a single control plane provides traceability and auditability.
The agentic AI platform encodes product structures, underwriting rules, rating logic, regulatory requirements, and policy lifecycle flows across lines, states, and countries, with an AI agent for every human persona across underwriting, actuarial, development, BA, QA, and claims. Production deployments show up to 70% faster delivery and efficiencies across implementations, migrations, and modernizations efforts.
“Any AI going into production in insurance has to answer three things: is the agent doing what it was told to do, is the data staying inside the carrier’s environment, and are the token costs controllable,” said Anand Kamat, Co-Founder of Flarre.AI. “Flarre.AI answers all three by design, in a secure environment with the organization’s context encoded in a knowledge graph. We are a unique blend of individuals and organizations, coming together to lead this wave of disruptive innovation.”
The Flarre.AI platform has been deployed by 6+ insurance carriers across North America, APAC and ANZ and is now available to other insurers as a licensed, standalone product or through agentic delivery services, where Flarre.AI agents execute implementation and migration work in parallel with teams of human experts. Product, IT, Transformation, Actuarial, Claims, and PMO teams can deploy directly into existing workflows in core systems like Duck Creek, Guidewire, Origami Risk, EIS.
