The latest partnership news from Targa Telematics;
Targa Telematics, one of the world’s leading players in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) for the development of digital solutions and platforms for connected mobility, announces that it has partnered with Jurni Leasing, one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle leasing and fleet management specialists. The partnership aims to enhance Jurni Leasing’s fleet management offering through OEM data integration and AI-driven insights, delivering a streamlined connected mobility experience and greater operational efficiency to its 31,000 customers, including SME fleets and a dedicated fleet of around 3,000 school minibuses.
Recognised by Berg Insight as the leading provider in the European rental and leasing market, with 979,000 active telematics systems, Targa Telematics has extensive experience in providing solutions tailored to the vehicle leasing sector. Through this new collaboration, Targa Telematics will leverage its growing network of automotive partnerships, which currently covers over 45 car brands, to integrate a wide range of OEM data into Jurni Leasing’s fleet management platform. Jurni 360 brings vehicle, driver and essential fleet information together in one place. The integration of Targa Telematics’ connected vehicle data will further enhance the platform, giving fleet managers greater visibility of vehicle performance, maintenance requirements and operational activity.
By integrating Targa Telematics’ advanced technological capabilities into Jurni Leasing’s platform, the partnership will provide fleet managers with enhanced visibility across their entire fleets, enabling them to improve vehicle health, ensure compliance and maximise operational efficiency. Targa Telematics’ insights will drive the shift to a proactive approach to Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR), helping identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns or vehicles being taken off the road. This approach will also support timely servicing, warranty compliance and mileage monitoring, helping optimise fleet performance and extend vehicle lifespans. AI-based features will further improve the identification of patterns and task prioritisation, enabling more informed decision-making.
“We are thrilled to work alongside Jurni Leasing as it continues to develop its fleet management offering. Capitalising on our unparalleled ability to analyse, process and integrate vast amounts of vehicle-generated data to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes, we will help Jurni Leasing take its services to the next level. Together, we are focused on championing the shift to proactive fleet management to improve fleet health, reduce vehicle downtime and elevate customer experience,” said Chris Horbowyj, UK Commercial Director at Targa Telematics.
“Targa Telematics’ proven expertise in bringing together rich, detailed vehicle data from a wide range of manufacturers makes it an ideal partner for Jurni. The breadth and depth of this data will further enhance our fleet management platform, providing customers with greater visibility of their vehicles and richer insights to support better-informed decisions. This partnership is an important step in the continued development of our fleet management offering, helping customers take a more proactive approach to managing their vehicles, reduce administration and improve operational efficiency. Whether managing small or corporate vehicle fleets, or multiple school minibuses, our aim is to make fleet management simpler and more effective,” commented Duncan Fitzgerald, Chief Operating Officer of Jurni Leasing.
