“For a P2P sharing business like ours, insurance is critical to delivering customer satisfaction. People love the experiences that our platform inspires, but accidents can happen, so being able to offer our ‘Carefree’ insurance add-on delivers better peace of mind for owners and renters. Thanks to our new Cover Genius-powered insurance offering, everyone gets a much better deal. As any business owner knows, happier customers mean more business.”
With offices in London, New York, and Sydney. The award-winning company was established in 2014 and already is a trusted insurance partner of many of the world’s largest online companies.
Cover Genius Co-Founder and CEO Angus McDonald said:
“Our XCover platform is configurable for any line of insurance making it simple, quick and accessible for eCommerce sites that operate in multiple locations to push a new insurance product live.
Without the benefit of our technology, a fast-growing business like GoBoony would have found the process of setting up a multi-location insurance capability a costly undertaking. The benefit of the scalable Cover Genius API technology is that it can deliver an end-to-end insurance offering for a partner in 4-8 weeks and eliminates the need for internal teams to manage associated licences, compliance, claims and incorporation in multiple countries.”
