Geoffrey Insurance Pick Up Ventana Research Award

It’s the awards season once more across the UK insurance sector and Geoffrey Insurance has been named as the Overall Digital Leadership Award winner for its work using the EngageOne Video personalised and interactive video solution from Pitney Bowes.

The Ventana Research Digital Leadership Awards is a prestigious leadership awards program, recognizing individuals and companies that have utilised and championed improvements across their business.

As part of the scoring process and methodology, Ventana Research examined case studies and submissions to evaluate the nominated organisation’s use of people, processes, information and technology, the best practices it developed, the degree of team involvement and the project’s business impact and value.

Geoffrey Insurance with Pitney Bowes was the overall winner and one of 10 businesses to be highlighted in the awards. It completes a string of award successes for Geoffrey following the implementation of Pitney Bowes’ EngageOne Video software which uses personalised video technology to explain policy information to the customer.
