Following the completion of the acquisitions of A-Plan Group and Aston Lark by Howden Group Holdings, Howden Group Services has entered into a new five-year contract with Acturis to consolidate the supply of its systems across the acquired businesses. They will also have the option of extending Acturis systems to other subsidiaries within the UK and Ireland and to other countries where Acturis trades.
Howden is now one of the largest insurance brokers in the UK and Ireland, managing over £6bn of gross written premium for more than 1.7 million policyholders who are served by over 5,000 employees from 160 locations in the UK and Ireland. Internationally, the Group operates in 45 countries.
