Consumer Intelligence Awards 2025

The results are in! The highly anticipated 2025 Consumer Intelligence Awards have revealed the top-performing insurers in the industry. It’s always interesting to see which insurance brands get the thumbs up from the UK public;

After seeing fluctuations in premiums across the whole of the general insurance industry, and when shopping and switching can be done at a simple click of a mouse, this is a year in which insurers have to excel across the board to meet the needs of their customers. These awards celebrate the companies that have gone above and beyond to demonstrate their commitment to their customers during a demanding time.

Each year, our Insurance Behaviour Tracker (IBT) surveys nearly 50,000 home and motor insurance customers to uncover authentic insights into their experiences. We evaluate providers across five key categories: Customer Trust, Customer Service, Claims Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Recommendation. The winners in these categories represent the gold standard in the industry, securing their place as the UK’s best ranked insurers.

“We are delighted to reveal this year’s winners,” said Ian Hughes, CEO of Consumer Intelligence. “These brands excel at anticipating and addressing their customers’ needs, earning their place as standout leaders in the industry. Their unwavering dedication, expertise, and dependable service reflect exactly what customers seek in an insurance provider.”
